The Administrative ministries are dedicated to helping run the day-to-day operations of the church.

 Stewardship Ministry
 This Ministry promotes the concept of gratefulness for the gifts we have received, and the responsibility of sharing those gifts with others. They organize the annual Stewardship Renewal and present the stewardship message throughout the year.

 The Pastoral Council consists of nine representatives of the Parish at Large -seven Standing Committee Representatives, one Youth Representative, and members of the Pastoral Staff. A non-voting Recording Secretary will serve as staff to the Council. Since this body is meant to provide a forum of leadership for this Parish Community, all members are expected:
- to be registered in Parish records.
- to participate in the sacramental life of the Church.
- to be actively involved in the ongoing actions and activities of the Faith Community.
The Pastoral Council meets on the second Tuesday of the month, September - June.

 Finance
This group is a Standing committee of the Parish Pastoral Council. They meet on a regular basis to review the financial condition of the Parish. Accounting software reports are generated at the church office for consideration by committee members. From this review, financial status and recommendations are reported to the Parish Council and the Pastor. Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month when scheduled.

 Buildings & Grounds.
Maintenance programs are studied, organized, and implemented. Expansion programs are also considered.
